In 1991 he started building up the company DELTA PEKÁRNY a.s. which became the strongest bakery company in the Czech Republic. As a result of its merger with ODKOLEK a.s., implemented in 2006, the company UNITED BAKERIES a.s. was established as the leader of the Czech bakery market. Marko Parik has extensive experience in founding, managing and the development of companies of which the United Bakeries Group is one of the best examples. He works as a foreign trade consultant for the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg as well. He is fluent in French, English, German, Flemish and Czech.

Jan Jedlička

Executive Director (CEO)

He has worked for companies in the United Bakeries Group since 1995 in various executive positions. Jan Jedlička has managed DELTA PEKÁRNY a.s. and ODKOLEK a.s. and implemented the reorganization of these companies after their merger. He has created and managed DELTA FROZEN PRODUCTS a.s. company and has extensive experience in all processes connected with the bakery business. He is fluent in Czech, English, German and Russian.

Zdeněk Synek

He has worked for companies of UNITED BAKERIES Group since 1996 on various executive positions with focus on finance management. He is fluent in Czech and English.

Petra Stránská

Lawyer and Project Manager

She has worked for companies of UNITED BAKERIES GROUP since 2001. Petra Stránská provides legal and organizing support during the restructuring procedures and she manages projects lead to the development of the business activities. She is fluent in Czech and English.

Petr Mlíka

He has worked for companies of UNITED BAKERIES Group since 2003 on executive positions in marketing. Petr Mlíka has extensive experience in the international marketing with focus on development of global trademarks. He has experience in B2B, B2C Brand and Trade marketing as well. He is fluent in Czech and English.

Tomáš Vaněk

He has worked for companies of UNITED BAKERIES Group since 1995 on various positions connected with bakery production. Tomáš Vaněk has created and managed many bakeries plants. He has got deep knowledge in all levels of bakery production including technology and construction. He is fluent in Czech and English.
